Bug tracking with BugHerd

Whether you're in the consulting world or not, the QA phase of application development poses its own set of hurdles.  Whereas application features/modules are neatly organized in stories for the dev team within your Scrum management tool, in my experience, the feedback you receive during QA can be exceedingly disorganized. Typically, you have a number of people in different teams and companies all QAing an app and supplying feedback.  Managing this feedback, submitted through numerous avenues, can create a logistical, back-and-forth nightmare.  The feedback itself can also be unclear.

Enter BugHerd.

It creates a GUI overlayed on your application which allows users to quickly submit feedback.  It also can act as a project management (Scrum) tool and/or hook into third party applications like JIRA, Basecamp, etc.  Essentially all you have to do is create a Bugherd project linked to your site and add a BugHerd javascript file to your app.

Here is a quick demo of BugHerd in action.
